Mr moaaz is a food safety professional, he perused four years of practical training and theoretical studies in both fields of microbiology and biochemistry and four years of working on the quality and food safety field in local and multinational companies, during his bachelor’s degree. He is trained in quality and food safety courses such as food safety management level 4, BRC global standard for food safety V8 and, ISO 9001:2015 Lead auditor, FSPCA preventive controls for human food and HACCP level 3.
