1. REGISTRATION PROCESS:

To secure your participation at the World Food Safety Day Conference, interested parties are required to complete the official “Delegate Registration Form.”

2. FORM ACCESSIBILITY:

The form is readily available for download on our official website, or alternatively, can be dispatched to you directly via email upon request to the WFSD Administrative Team.

3. FORM AUTHORIZATION:

Prior to submission, ensure the form is duly signed and endorsed by your organization’s leadership team, affirming your representation.

4. SUBMISSION PROTOCOL:

Completed forms should be scanned and forwarded to the WFSD Administrative Team for processing.

5. REVIEW AND APPROVAL:

Submissions will undergo a thorough review by the WFSD Management to ascertain eligibility and approve attendance.

6. LIMITED SEATING:

Given the exclusive nature of the event, seating is limited. Prompt registration is advised to secure your place.

7. SELECTION CRITERIA:

Registration is accorded based on a meticulous assessment of each applicant’s position within the food supply chain and their seniority within the industry, complemented by a comprehensive review of their professional experience in the food sector.

8. PRIORITY ACCESS:

Senior professionals within the food industry may be given preferential registration to ensure a rich exchange of insights and experiences.

9. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CODE:

Approved participants will be allocated a personal “Delegate Registration Code,” serving as a testament to their confirmed attendance. This code is exclusive to the recipient and must not be disclosed to others to maintain seat reservation integrity.

11. ORGANIZATIONAL REPRESENTATION LIMIT:

In our commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion, we have established a cap on the maximum number of delegates per organization. This guideline will be rigorously adhered to throughout the registration process, ensuring equitable representation and participation from all sectors.

12. ADDITIONAL DELEGATES POLICY:

Organizations wishing to register additional participants beyond the recommended limit are welcome to do so, subject to an incremental fee per delegate in accordance with our established registration policy.

13. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION:

Independent professionals keen on registering outside of organizational affiliation are encouraged to reach out directly to WFSD Management. Eligibility will be considered based on demonstrated involvement in food safety, security, and the sustainability of the food supply chain.

14. AUXILIARY EVENTS:

The symposium is complemented by a series of workshops and training sessions, each requiring advance payment for enrollment. These sessions are designed to deepen understanding and skills in critical areas of our field.

15. CERTIFICATION OF QUALIFICATION:

Attendees of workshops and training programs who fulfill the specified criteria will be awarded a “Certificate of Qualification,” recognizing their achievement and contribution to advancing food safety standards.

16. ORGANIZATIONAL DISCRETION:

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust the symposium’s content, schedule, and speaker lineup without prior announcement.

17. EVENT ADAPTABILITY:

In the face of unforeseen circumstances, whether natural or man-made, the committee holds the authority to modify the event’s logistics, safeguarding against potential disruptions without assuming liability.

18. PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATION:

The information furnished at the time of WFSD registration and attendance may be employed for subsequent communications, promotional activities, and media-related initiatives pertaining to World Food Safety Day events. Additionally, it may be shared with our esteemed sponsors, partners, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance collaborative opportunities and engagements.

19. MEDIA CONSENT:

By attending, participants agree to the capture and use of their likeness in event photography and videography for promotional purposes by the WFSD organizing body.

20. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT EXPECTED:

Attendees are expected to uphold a professional demeanor throughout the event. Any conduct deemed abusive or inappropriate will result in removal from the symposium.

21. AGREEMENT TO TERMS:

Registration signifies an attendee’s acceptance of and compliance with the event’s Terms and Conditions, emphasizing the importance of informed participation.

22. LIABILITY WAIVER:

Attendees indemnify the organizing committee against any losses or damages arising from their actions during the event, ensuring a mutual respect for the event’s integrity and safety.

23. SPONSOR COMMUNICATION:

Attendees interested in how their information may be used by sponsors are encouraged to contact the sponsors directly for clarity.

24. OPT-OUT OPTION:

Attendees retain the right to opt-out of data sharing by contacting the provided email address, respecting privacy preferences.
