Mr. Mena started from Food Processing Factory as Quality assistant manager for 3 years with 3 successive HACCP audits, including supplier audits to be approve suppliers, followed by receiving, storing, processing, packaging and storing final products check then moved to Restaurants’ audit experience around 5 years at fast food chain through auditing food safety, cleanliness, quality and service. He is BRCGS Global Food Safety Standard Lead Auditor – Issue 9, Certified Egyptian Governmental Excellence award assessor, Training of Trainers (TOT) (April 2022)
