Fady has a Ph.D. in Food Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an MBA in General Management from Florida M. University.
Fady is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, while he focuses is on business growth, innovation, cost optimization and assist in developing his Team. Previously, he worked in the US with several well-known companies and institutions in leading positions (i.e. PepsiCo, Borden Foods Kraft/Heinz, Abbott-Ross Laboratories, and US FDA/USDA).
