Ruba Al- Zanan is food professional and nutritionist, graduated from “Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” in Food Nutrition and Dietetics. Currently she is associated with Mawarid Food Company (Lorenzo) Riyadh. Her work includes maintaining nutrition information’s for food products, Calorie labelling on menu boards, to counsel customers on nutrition issues and healthy eating habits, Interpreting legislation & ensuring company compliance, in addition to support in implementation and maintaining quality and food safety systems standards as per legal and GFSI recognized bench marked standards. She is a registered nutritionist, internal auditor and qualified lead auditor for food safety and quality standards. She is looking forward to networking and interacting with seasoned food professionals in this field to expand her knowledge on emerging food safety issues and to be part of World Food Safety Day 2023.
